Counterbalance Forklift Trucks

Our counterbalance forklift truck range consists of three different types. We offer two engine powered counterbalance forklift truck power sources, diesel and LPG, as well as a complete range of electric powered counterbalance forklift trucks. Designed with durability and usability at the forefront, our counterbalance forklifts are perfect for use in:

What is a Counterbalance Forklift?

counterbalance forklift truck operates a counterbalance weight design with a weight at the rear of the truck, off-setting the load to be lifted at the front. These trucks are used in many storage, warehouse and distribution systems where they carry out loading, stacking and horizontal transport functions. Ideal for use where stock is transported on pallets as the forks extend from the front of the counterbalance trucks, meaning the truck can be driven up to the exact location of the load. This makes their operation straightforward and less challenging.

Diesel

Diesel forklifts tend to last the longest out of the three types, giving you the most time in return for your investment. Easy maintenance: Diesel engines typically require less maintenance than propane or electric ones, due to their longevity and durability

LPG

Propane enables your forklifts to run on 100% power throughout operation, boosting productivity, especially during outdoor operation where higher speeds are allowed. In addition, propane engines can last up to twice as long as their gasoline counterparts saving you money on maintenance

Electric

Cost for electricity can be significantly lower than the cost for fuel. Electric forklifts produce zero emissions during operation. No noise with the exception of the back-up alarm. No propane tank at the rear of the forklift
