What is a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Forklift?
VNA forklifts are designed to fit the narrowest of aisles, allowing you to make the most of your warehouse or site space. Available as Turret Man Up and Turret Man Down versions, VNA machines are simple to operate.
VNA Man-up forklift trucks allow the operator to ascend with the forks. This enables accurate picking in the highest and narrowest of aisles. The specially designed cab acts as a safety cage, giving the operator the confidence to work at height more effectively.
The operator station remains at ground level, but allows excellent visibility of the mast, sometimes using cameras as an additional aid for positioning pallets. The forks are mounted on a turret head, allowing pallets to be picked from both sides of the aisle without manoeuvring the forklift.

They set new standards with regards to flexibility, low cost operation and ergonomics. EFX 410 / 413 Man - Down VNA Truck

Toyota VCE150A Man - Up VNA Truck
The Toyota Vector VCE150A very narrow aisle forklift is a powerful man-up combi forklift designed especially for pallet handling. The forklift's clear open front offers safe, highly effective order picking in very high racking systems. The unique articulated steering system provides excellent manoeuvrability outside the aisle and during aisle transfer. PRODUCTIVITY A belt-driven fork unit, together with load and height sensing, give the operator optimal load handling efficiency at all working heights. Drive speeds of up to 12 km/h together with the Toyota "Optipace" system ensure maximum performance and productivity. PERFORMANCE The VCE150A very narrow aisle forklift can operate for two shifts on a single battery change, thanks to AC power with regenerative braking. The load capacity is 1500 kg at 10.0 m with residual capacity of 1000 kg at 14.8 m. COMFORT / ERGONOMICS All aspects of the cab are adjustable to suit the driver. This includes the height of the twin control panels, which are designed to allow a fast change of driver position to suit the pallet handling or picking. Toyota VRE150 Man - Down VNA Truck
The Toyota Vector R-series very narrow aisle forklift is designed for handling full pallets in very narrow aisles. Developed on the advanced and highly successful Reflex reach truck platform, Toyota Vector R-series forklift boasts many class-leading driveability and productivity features and is a quality turret truck. The Toyota Vector VRE125 and VRE150 forklift offers a turret-head operation for greater flexibility. PRODUCTIVITY Toyota Vector R-series forklift has a high maximum travel speed of 14 km/h, excellent acceleration, and a lift speed some 35% greater than the model it replaces. Its maximum lift height is 11 metres. The AC power system regenerates energy under braking and lowering, maximising the work that can be done before recharging or changing the battery. SAFETY Toyota Vector R-series forklift is safe from operation by unauthorised personnel. Only a correct PIN-code or the optional ID key will start the forklift. It will also automatically engage the pre-programmed performance settings for that operator. Toyota's Totalview concept means a low sloping console to give good driving visibility, and an excellent view through the overhead guard and mast. PERFORMANCE Transitional Lift Control (TLC) ensures that even at maximum speed the lift and lower movements are completely smooth, even in the transitions between mast stages - eliminating shocks to protect the load and assure safety in operation. This can also lead to a reduction in risk of load damage and associated costs. EASE OF USE The heavy-duty drive unit and gearbox are designed for a long working life; indeed, the gearbox oil should never need to be replaced. The AC motors are brushless and the oil filter only needs to be changed after 3000 working hours. The size of the drive-wheel on the Vector R-series forklift has been substantially increased, reducing wear and improving the ride quality.
